We are going to get moving and feeling strong and powerful together! We'll talk about how to push through challenges and how to talk to ourselves when things get tough. We'll play some fun fitness games and move our bodies.
You'll need:
- a device to login to our meetings
- some comfortable clothes to move in
- a good pair of exercise shoes
- some water
- a safe space to move around in (it can be your living room, your back porch, your room, etc)
