Do you want to learn the amazing martial art of Muay Thai kickboxing? I spent three months last year learning Muay Thai in Thailand and am super excited to share the skills I learned with you. In this camp, you will learn how to properly punch, throw different types of kicks, elbow strikes and knees. You will also learn how to defend yourself from different types of strikes. By the end of the camp, you will have a solid understanding of Muay Thai and different exercises you can do to keep you in shape! No equipment needed!!!
