Hello future BioDetectives.  Are you ready to discover clues to help you figure out a puzzle?  Before you become a true BioDetective, you will need to be trained on how to follow clues with the help of flowcharts that lead you to the next clue and eventually the solution to the puzzle.  You will become BioDetective experts and be able create your own puzzle called a dichotomous key with rock/leaves as specimens.

Students will have fun learning how to read and create a branching out flowchart/dichotomous key using leaves and rocks from their home/neighborhood. They will use physical descriptions as clues to guide them through their key creations & test their family members to see if they too can find out the identity of your specimens.
